After purchasing a product from WeaverPixel you are getting an E-Mail from Fastspring, our merchant of record. All your payments and also the delivery is handled by them. The E-Mail should somehow looking like the one on the side. The content can differ as well as the language.

In this said E-Mail there are two links. Link (1) is for downloading your purchased file and also to redownload it due to whatever reasons necessary. It will download always the latest version available. So you can use it for updating your single purchase.

Link (2) is for managing all your orders at WeaverPixel at one place. If you want to update all your purchases you should use this link.

Typically you simply use Link (1). If you want to use Link (2) please follow the process below.

After pressing Link (2) you will be lead the your account management. Key in here the E-Mail you have used to purchse your product. Confirm your E-Mail and soon you are getting an E-Mail with another Link.
